1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and A People Revolution LLC.

2.About Our Services

UnleasHer is a premium, application-only coaching membership offered by A People Revolution LLC. Our services may include, depending on the program tier and your enrollment:

• Small-group coaching sessions led by Leah Pitzenberger or other qualified facilitators
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Access to program materials, frameworks, and resources
• Community discussion spaces
• Newsletters, podcast access, and other communications

The specific scope and structure of our services may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion, with reasonable notice when feasible.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for or use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete
• You will not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

4.Application and Enrollment

UnleasHer is application-only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to accept or decline any application for any lawful reason, including but not limited to fit, capacity, and timing.

If your application is accepted and you elect to enroll, your enrollment becomes effective upon completion of payment (or first installment) and acknowledgment of these Terms. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment by email.

5.Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

Pricing

Current pricing for UnleasHer is communicated during the application and intake process and confirmed at the time of enrollment. Pricing may change over time, but pricing in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply for the duration of your enrollment term.

Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the payment method on file for the agreed-upon amount on the agreed-upon schedule.

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month on the same day as your original enrollment date. You may cancel a monthly membership at any time with at least seven (7) days' written notice before your next renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for the current month.

Annual Membership

Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of enrollment or on an agreed-upon installment plan. Annual memberships are non-refundable except as set forth below. Annual memberships do not auto-renew; we will contact you before your renewal date to discuss continuation.

Refund Policy

Because of the small-group nature of UnleasHer and the commitment we make to each member, refunds are limited and granted at our sole discretion. We may issue refunds in cases of:

• A documented serious illness, family emergency, or other circumstance preventing meaningful participation
• A material failure by us to deliver the services as described

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment processor without first attempting to resolve the issue with us in good faith, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and pursue collection of any unpaid amounts.

6.Not Therapy or Medical Advice

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, severe depression, trauma, addiction, or any other condition requiring professional care, please seek help from a qualified licensed professional. In an emergency in the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in UnleasHer is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for your own well-being and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

7.Member Conduct and Confidentiality

Confidentiality

UnleasHer is built on trust. As a member, you agree to keep confidential anything personal that another member shares within program spaces (group sessions, community channels, written reflections, or otherwise). What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Conduct

You agree to engage with other members and facilitators with respect, good faith, and basic civility. We reserve the right to remove any member who, in our sole judgment, engages in:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members or staff
• Violation of confidentiality
• Disruption of program operations
• Use of the program for unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Conduct that is unlawful or that materially damages the program or other members

Removal under this section does not entitle the removed member to a refund except as our refund policy may otherwise provide.

8.Intellectual Property

All content provided through UnleasHer — including frameworks (such as "The Lady & The Legend"), curriculum, written materials, audio and video recordings, methodologies, and any other materials we develop and provide — is the exclusive intellectual property of A People Revolution LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

As a member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials for your own personal development during your active membership. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our content without our express written permission
• Record, transcribe, or redistribute group sessions, 1:1 sessions, or other live program elements
• Use our frameworks, language, or proprietary content to build a competing program or service

"UnleasHer," "A People Revolution," and related logos and marks are trademarks of A People Revolution LLC.

9.User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us — including testimonials, written reflections, application responses, or comments — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our services. We will not use your personally identifying content (such as your name or photograph) for promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit to us, and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

10.Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any specific results will be achieved through participation. Personal growth is individual; the experience of one member is not a guarantee of the experience of any other member.

Testimonials and member statements reflect individual experiences and are not promises or representations of typical results.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall A People Revolution LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A People Revolution LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may end your membership at any time in accordance with Section 5.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive any termination of these Terms.

14.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Minnesota under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
