People Partner On-Demand provides HR guidance, templates, compliance tools, and AI-powered support for people management. These tools are designed to assist with everyday HR operations but do not constitute legal advice or replace professional counsel.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Free Plan: Limited access at no cost.

  • Premium Plan: $99/month, billed monthly.

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. APR does not store or process your payment information.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Not sharing your account with others

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to access systems without authorization

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse content

  • Interfere with system performance

  • Resell or redistribute APR materials

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APR is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, profits, data, or goodwill

  • Decisions made based on content generated by the Service

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
