A People Revolution LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand UnleasHer, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

By using our website, submitting an application, subscribing to our communications, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with us, you may provide the following types of information:

  • Contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number, city, time zone
  • Application information: responses to our application questions, including details about your career, life circumstances, goals, and self-reflection
  • Payment information: collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers on our systems
  • Communications: messages you send us via email, text, our application form, or any other channel

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, referring URLs)
  • Cookie and tracking pixel data (see Section 5)

2.How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Review and respond to applications for our coaching programs
  • Schedule and conduct intake calls and member sessions
  • Provide our services, including coaching, communications, and program materials
  • Send text messages and emails you have opted in to receive (see Sections 3 and 4)
  • Process payments for our services
  • Communicate with you about your application, membership, or service-related matters

3.SMS / Text Message Communications

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our application form or other opt-in mechanism, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from UnleasHer and A People Revolution LLC, including weekly podcast notifications, weekly challenges, program-related updates, and other communications tied to your relationship with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies but typically averages four (4) to six (6) messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent to or received from us.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will not receive further marketing text messages. To resubscribe, reply START. Supported Carriers

Service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.Email Communications

When you submit an application, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise provide your email address, you may receive emails from us, including:

  • Application and program-related communications
  • Our monthly newsletter, Unleashed
  • Notifications about new podcast episodes, resources, and events
  • Occasional announcements about our services or content

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing leah@apeoplerevolution.com. You will continue to receive transactional and service-related emails (for example, application confirmations or billing notices) as long as you have an active relationship with us.

5.Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our website to understand how visitors use our site, remember your preferences, and improve your experience.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through your browser settings. You can choose to block, delete, or be notified when cookies are being set. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website.

We may use the following types of tracking:

  • Essential cookies: required for the website to function
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand traffic patterns and improve content

  • HighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM, application form hosting, SMS and email delivery
  • LearnWorlds — online program platform and member portal
  • Buzzsprout — podcast hosting
  • Payment processors — secure processing of payments (we do not store full payment card information)
  • Analytics providers — website and content analytics

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

7.How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (see Section 6)
  • To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any successor entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy
  • With your consent when you explicitly direct us to share information

As stated in Section 3, we do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8.Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

Specifically:

  • Application information is retained for up to three (3) years from submission unless you become an active member, in which case it is retained for the duration of your membership plus three (3) years.
  • Financial records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically seven years).
  • SMS and email subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period thereafter to honor your opt-out request.

9.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correct — request that we update inaccurate information
  • Right to delete — request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Right to opt out — opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Right to portability — request a transferable copy of information you provided to us
  • Right against discrimination — exercise your rights without facing negative consequences

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

11.Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12.International Users

We operate from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on our website.
